Stanoak Construction has grown, it’s a privately owned main contractor specialising in Design and Build services. We have a proven track record and the necessary experience to undertake any new build project from conception to completion. 

We relish the opportunity to take on less conventional sites and add value through the development process. Our design management expertise, together with our integrated construction team and direct labour resources enable us to take a client’s initial concept and transform it into physical reality.

We recognise that a successful new build needs innovation in design, build and process, and also has to address the demands of carbon reduction with sustainable construction solutions. Our design and construction teams understand the requirements of the Code for Sustainable Buildings and the need to achieve high BREEAM standards.

With many of our projects being situated in demanding urban locations providing limited working space and challenging site access, logistics management has become more critical than ever.  Our professional teams both office and site based, undertake detailed pre-planning to ensure that a project can be serviced efficiently and the needs of all stakeholders, including local residents, owners and site users can be met.

We provide construction services to Affordable Housing and Regeneration projects that are as consistent as all our other schemes.

Our ability to adapt and to mobilise efficiently and confidently to meet programme challenge is ideally suited to this sector. We select each project team according to suitability and experience to meet a schemes’ requirements.
