Stanoak Construction has grown, it’s a privately owned main contractor specialising in Design and Build services. We have a proven track record and the necessary experience to undertake any new build project from conception to completion.

Our design management expertise, together with our integrated construction team and direct labour resources enable us to take a client’s initial concept and transform it into physical reality.

Our design and construction teams understand the requirements of the Code for Sustainable Buildings and the need to achieve high BREEAM standards.

With many of our projects being situated in demanding urban locations providing limited working space and challenging site access, logistics management has become more critical than ever.  Our professional teams both office and site based, undertake detailed pre-planning to ensure that a project can be serviced efficiently and the needs of all stakeholders, including local residents, owners and site users can be met. 

RESIDENTIAL.

At Stanoak we tailor our approach on every project to reflect the requirements and aspirations of our clients to maximise revenue whilst at all times constructing a high quality residential environment for the building end users.   

We deliver well-designed and high quality residential houses and apartments for both the private developer and Affordable Housing Associations.  

Our expertise in the private market from design through to sales and marketing ensures we deliver the full financial potential on each and every development.

Our focus on customer care ensures that the final product is handed over to the highest standard together with our commitment to providing a two year warranty and a 10 year structural defects warranty. 

AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

We provide construction services to Affordable Housing and Regeneration projects that are as consistent as all our other schemes.

Our ability to adapt and to mobilise efficiently and confidently to meet programme challenge is ideally suited to this sector. We select each project team according to suitability and experience to meet a schemes’ requirements.  

We also enhance our offer by our flexible approach and preference for working in partnership to develop long term relationships.
