DRY LINING.

A PROCESS APPROACH.

To complement our comprehensive construction and specialist joinery service Stanoak have an established dry-lining and Structural Frame service. We supply and fix a full range of metal systems that have replaced traditional building methods for ceiling coverings, wall linings, partitions, separating walls and floors.

In keeping with our policy of innovation in everything we do we have developed new ideas and systems for dry lining and structural steel applications.  These ideas and systems are tried and tested to increase efficiency, save time and be more cost effective.

Our innovative dry lining and Structural steel methods improve the speed of installation and impose lower loadings on a building, making them more environmentally friendly than traditional methods.  Other advantages include the use of lightweight partitions resulting in a lighter building with subsequent benefits in the specification of the foundations and superstructure, together with greater flexibility in designing and changing the internal shape of the building as future needs change.

We offer the complete package from design inception to quality installation, the systems we install utilise the entire range of plasterboards, including fire resistant and sound reduction, the nature of the design of this system allows for quick and efficient installation with reduced disturbance and quick lead in times.

Our solid, realistic and cost-conscious approach helps you avoid the pitfalls of choosing the cheapest option, if we think your project might be over specified we will advise on possible value engineering to help ensure you get the best value from you project.

DRY LINING.

Dry lining is a term applied to the use of plasterboard on timber or metal frames. Or in the case of a finish to blockwork walls, on plaster ‘dabs’ as a replacement to conventional building practices.

The term dry lining strictly applies to the use of plasterboard to replace a sand and cement or wet plaster finish to internal structures, although it’s use has become more broadly associated with internal fit out throughout a building.

INSULATION.

Insulation is a passive product working efficiently and quietly, continually hidden from view within a structure or behind cladding.

When recommending a product our experts will consider a range of factors including: heat loss/heat gain, running costs, control process and surface temperature, reducing the risk of freezing and provide condensation control.  We at Stanoak will work with you to provide the best solution for your insulation requirements.
